Introducing Vol. 06 :
Apartment
Let's head downtown to our very own apartment in the city. Vol. 06: Apartment is what we'd imagine our New York City apartment to look like, if we ever did live there. With warm hues against our signature cream, textured walls, the set features an entryway that greets our guests upon arriving, a quaint reading corner for some quiet time at home, a dining area where we imagine hosting friends over on a Friday night in with good food and wine, beside an inviting living room that begs to be cosied up in. These 4 spaces make up a harmonious canvas that inspires creativity and enhances the beauty of moments captured.
The lifestyle set is best for photo shoots, campaign productions, creating content, celebrating milestones and simply embracing the art of expression.
Vol. 6: apartment
The full studio features a 650-sqft styled space. Vol. 06: Apartment is segmented into 4 styled areas, all available for your use when you book a slot with us.

Rates apply for bookings within standard operating hours (Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm, excl. PH and the eve of major PHs). For bookings outside of standard operations, there is an additional after-hours fee of $15/hr applicable.

long haul package
Secure favorable rates for your return visit. Once you've booked a Long Haul Package with us, your subsequent booking rates will be fixed at the respective package rate you've chosen – no matter the number of hours you book per session.
*standard terms of booking apply for bookings under the Long Haul package, including a min. booking duration of 2 hours per session.

Getting here is easy:
By MRT: An 8-minute walk from Marymount MRT Station (Exit B)
By Car: Basement parking is available within the building, with additional street parking nearby.
We’ll also send you detailed directions and access information before your session to make your visit as smooth as possible.

Our rental rates are tiered based on the duration of your booking:
• Short Booking (2–4 hours): $75/hour
• Half-Day Booking (5–9 hours): $70/hour
• Full-Day Booking (10+ hours): $65/hourA one-time cleaning fee of $20 applies to all bookings. We also require a refundable security deposit of $100 on top of your booking total, which will be returned within 5–10 working days upon the safe return of the studio.
For bookings outside of our standard operating hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, excluding Public Holidays and the eve of major Public Holidays), an additional after-hours fee of $15/hour will apply.

The studio receives beautiful morning light, so the best timing really depends on the look you're after.
For direct sunlight and warm sun rays streaming into the space, we recommend booking between 8:00am – 11:30am.
For softer, diffused natural light, 12:00pm – 3:00pm tends to work best.
As our studio relies primarily on natural light, lighting conditions may vary depending on the weather on the day of your booking. If you're unsure, feel free to share your shoot requirements and we'd be happy to recommend a suitable time slot for you.

While our studio is not officially pet-friendly, we're happy to accommodate well-trained pets on a case-by-case basis.
We kindly ask that your pet is supervised at all times by a dedicated caregiver during the booking. As bookings involving pets require a more thorough clean-up after use, the cleaning fee will be $30 instead of the standard $20.
If you're planning to bring your pet along, just let us know in advance and we'll be happy to advise further.

Yes, day-of booking extensions are possible, subject to the studio's availability on the day.
If you'd like to extend your session, kindly let us know at least 30 minutes before your scheduled end time, and we'll do our best to accommodate the additional time.
Extension requests are subject to there being no subsequent bookings scheduled after yours.

Yes, we do accommodate site recces where possible, subject to the availability of the studio.
As there may be ongoing bookings, confirmed reservations will always take priority, and site recce timings may occasionally need to be adjusted closer to the date.
If you'd like to visit the space, simply let us know a few preferred dates and timings, and we'll be happy to check our availability.
Alternatively, we can also send you a video tour of the studio so you can get a feel of the space without having to make a trip down.

Your rental deposit will be refunded within 5–10 working days following the safe return of the studio, provided there are no damages, missing items, or outstanding charges incurred during the booking.

A refundable $100 rental deposit is required as a form of protection for the studio. It helps cover any unforeseen damages, missing items, or day-of booking extensions that may occur during your rental period.
Provided the studio is returned in good condition and no additional charges are incurred, the deposit will be fully refunded within 5–10 working days after your booking.
This helps us ensure the space remains well-maintained and ready for all subsequent bookings.

Congratulations in advance, that sounds like such a special occasion.
While we don't typically accept studio rentals specifically for proposals or private events, we're happy to consider requests on a case-by-case basis.
A few things to kindly note:
• We do not allow any sticking of posters, banners, or decorations onto our walls, as the studio surfaces are painted quite delicately.
• Food and drinks are not permitted within the studio space.
• Footwear must be removed before entering the studio.
• The maximum capacity of the studio is 15 pax.If you're considering the space for a proposal, do let us know your estimated guest count and a brief overview of the setup you have in mind, and we'll be happy to advise further.
